For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - 1 Suite with queen size bed, wardrobe and air conditioning; - 1 Bedroom with two single beds, two auxiliary single beds, chest of drawers and air conditioning; - Living room with sofa and flat-screen TV; - Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, blender, pans, crockery and utensils; - Dining room with table and 4 chairs; - 1 Social Bathroom; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - 1 covered parking space (8x8). *Guest can use everything. Swimming pool from 7am to 8pm, gym from 6am to 9pm, gym prohibited for children. Games room from 8am to 9pm. Sauna from 8am to 8pm, capacity for 4 people. To access the garage you need to be authorized by the entrance. You have to honk the horn for the doorman to open. * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. O local é exatamente com as fotos. A Luanda que nos atendeu é ótima, prestativa e sempre atenta a nossas necessidades. O apartamento é limpo, com roupas de cama e banho limpas e de qualidade, a internet funciona perfeitamente e a vista é linda

Apartamento muito organizado, bem equipado e tudo muito limpo, além da vista da baía do Pontal maravilhosa. Fomos recebidas pela Luanda da Seazone que foi super simpática e prestativa e os funcionários do condomínio também sempre muito atenciosos. A localização excelente, perto de farmácia, supermercado e restaurantes, e o centro fica bem próximo, menos de 10min de carro. Ficamos muito satisfeitas com a estadia.
Gostaria de elogiar a anfitriã, a proprietária, as acomodações, a vista, o lugar. nota 1.000. Se voltar a Ilhéus....só poderei ir em dias em as acomodações estiverem livres. Nós quatro amamos demais. Super recomendo!
