This modern studio is located in the charming village of Majorda, Goa. Our centrally located guest house is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Goan coastline. Our studio room is located close to the beach. There is a kitchenette with basic utensils. We also provide complimentary Wi-Fi. We have a bathroom in the studio room and is private to the room. The studio room is approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the Majorda/Utorda beach. This is a modern studio room nestled on the road internally towards Majorda/Utorda Beach. The Amenities include: Fridge Air conditioner Kitchenette with cutlery, crockery and basic utensils Induction cooking stove Spacious and clean bathroom Coffee Table and Chairs Wifi Study Table This room has a comfortable king sized bed. If you have a reservation with 3 guests, we will provide a floor mattress for the additional third guest.There is a private and spacious bathroom with hot and cold running water. We also have a kitchenette that you can use to cook a meal in the same room. We also have a fridge to store your drinks.

This was a fantastic place to stay at. As many have said, the host is excellent and the place matches the description. I enjoyed interacting with both the host and the helper at the place. They gave local recommendations, provided us water, and helped us with some other things also. This is the beauty of locals who really take pride in what they do and serving their guests. As a host myself, I really appreciated how I was treated and hope to emulate that also. Very much recommend this place to anyone who is in the area!
