Dan's place is exactly what you expect for the price and location - a college apartment right next to campus. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and there were some thoughtful extras like coffee, candy, and lots of essentials in the bathroom. 2 things to note - the stairs to this third floor apartment are old and steep. No problem for us but would be for anyone that doesn't do stairs well. The parking was not easy at the house but Dan offers an alternative lot and I definitely recommend parking there.

Good value, close to MU-2 blocks from campus, very clean. Small problem finding the apartment. Googl sends you incorrectly to the parking lot in back. You need to pull in from Paquin on the driveway to the left of the house. The stairs go up two long exterior flights, apt is at the top by the roof. Quite a lot of steps for mobility issues. Did not have a thermostat for heat. Giant new Tv was not logged in for any streaming service when we were there. Otherwise, we were only there for 12 hours so no big deal.
