Amenities include outdoor grills and 2 pools, a family pool and adults only pool. Options for shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The open living room is beautifully decorated with new furniture and direct access to the beach facing balcony via large sliding glass doors. It features a wall mounted Smart TV. WIFI is also provided throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs including utensils to use at the outdoor grills. You can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening meals on the balcony watching and listening to the waves crash on the beach. We also offer an in unit washer and dryer. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed with an amazing beach view directly out the windows. It is the perfect view to wake up to. There is a large wall mounted Smart TV and an attached primary bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds to comfortably sleep 4 with a view of the pool out the large sliding glass doors. The bunk room also has a large wall mounted Smart TV. The second bathroom is just outside the bunk room and is equipped with a tub/shower combo. Located just down west beach far enough to be out of the middle of heavy traffic but less than a 5 minute drive to The Hangout. Convenient parking for 2 vehicles just below the unit. Under the unit can easily park 2 small to mid-sized vehicles. There are additional parking spots at the complex if you have a bigger vehicle but a parking pass is required. No campers, RV's or boats can be parked at the complex. In the event of a hurricane: Only under mandatory evacuations are payments fully refundable. Trip insurance is recommended during hurricane season. Must be 25 to book and must be present for the duration of the stay.
