This five-bedroom mansion is located in Hoi An's most serene and lovely neighborhood (Casamia). Large 375 square meter villa with five bedrooms and separate baths. There is a restaurant (Tre coffee Lounge & dining) and a swimming pool & gym club (at your own expense) in the area. This is the third-floor bedroom of a five-bedroom villa. There is a garden with lush trees and vibrant flowers in front of the property. When you open the main door, there are the living area, kitchen, and one bedroom (with a private bathroom). There are two completely furnished bedrooms with individual bathrooms on the second level. The third floor look like is the same the second floor. The washing machines are on the fourth floor. Every room is equipped with air conditioning.

Overall, we had a good experience - great price for what you get. However, we did notice a few stains on our duvet cover. Also as a heads up, the shower in our room didn’t drain the water properly so the water ended up going all over the bathroom floor creating a puddle, which made it a little difficult to manoeuvre around the bathroom! Otherwise, everything seemed to be good. Thank you.
I actually wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked. I would stay here again and recommend to those looking for peace and quiet.
Extremely clean and modern, very comfortable stay in a gorgeous space.

The property is next to the Bay Mau coconut forest and situated in the serene, verdant neighborhood of Casamia.
Cua Dai beach is 5 minutes away by car, An Bang beach is 10 minutes away, Tra Que village is 10 minutes away, and the ancient town is 10 minutes away.
1. Transportation from the Da Nang airport to the villa and back is 300,000 VND for a four-seat car, 350,000 VND for a seven-seat car, and 500,000 VND for a sixteen-seat car.
2. Bicycle rentals are available for 50,000 vnd per day or 1,000,000 vnd per month.
3. The cost to rent a motorcycle is 150,000 vnd per day or 3,000,000 vnd per month.
4. There is free parking available at the villa.
