房间远离主干道，非常安静，最喜欢窗外的风景，早上有松鼠，下午看落日，每天都是不一样的景色。楼下就是便利店，周边有寺庙和各种小吃店。gaew也非常友好，是一次很开心的旅行～

태국에서 이용한 에어비앤비 중에서 최고였어요. 묵었던 숙소 중에 가장 깔끔하고 호스트분이 게스트의 편의를 위해 준비한 모든게 섬세하단 생각밖에 들지 않아요. 장기 숙박하시는 분들에게 추천합니다.

We are definitely recommend this apartment. New furniture, good quality textiles and it’s well-equipped :) All the electronic devices are new. And there was even a JBL portable speaker :) But the most valuable thing in this apartment is the window. Stunning sunsets and view of green trees with squirrels and birds. The location is also ok, there is a 7/11 nearby, a lot of places to eat and drink coffee, and it’s only about 10 minutes away from the old city and Nimman. The condo itself is not new, but quiet and all neighbours and staff we met were friendly. Gaew is friendly too! :) Very communicative, empathic person. He offered us a free ride to/from Airport or any other place in Chiangmai. We didn’t need it but it was a nice gesture.

Nimman Main Street is close to the accommodation, so there are a variety of delicious restaurants, and it was also nice to tour the Chiang Mai University campus. It's also close to the old town, so I had an enjoyable trip walking around and exploring restaurants and cafes. In particular, the host, Mr. Gaew, is a young and active person who accepted my request even late at night. On the day I left Chiang Mai, I was very grateful that he was willing to carry my luggage to the airport and send me off even though I did not ask for it. The accommodation seemed to be home to many Chiang Mai University students, and it was quite quiet perhaps because they were studying. Above all, the bedding and facilities inside the accommodation were bright and clean, so it was nice to just stay within the accommodation. I highly recommend it due to the friendliness of the host and the excellent environment of the accommodation.
