New apartment, pretty and elegant, in a priviledged location in the turistic zone of Veracruz. Walking distance from aquarium and only one block away from Playa Regatas, besides it is a quiet and well communicated quarter in hotel´s zone of Veracruz Apartment is completly electric of 106 square meters, it has 2 bedrooms, one of the equipped with 2 full size beds and the other with one queen size, living room, dinning room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, service locker and one private parking spot whose extreme size is 7 feet high and 17 feet long. Apartement is in the first floor of a brand new complex, and access is by stairs. It is located few meters away of Playa Regatas close to Veracruz downtown and the aquarium

Un lugar increíble, cómodo, limpio y céntrico. Las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo bonito que está el departamento. Muy espacioso, con camas cómodas y todas las amenidades que se necesitan para pasar una estancia agradable. Mi familia y yo sin duda volveríamos muchas veces más!
If we were to ever go back to Veracruz this is where we are staying! Alejandro was amazing, friendly, and he spoke perfect English and Spanish! The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious, and safe. Highly recommend staying here!

Parking is free 24 hours, will be supplied with a remote controler for garage door. You can walk to various interest points of teh city. But if you do not have a car in the corner is a plubic transportation stop which runs along coastwise to/from downtown to the commercial zone and other beaches
