It is a great location, there are lots of shops nearby and a beach across the street. Keep in mind if you have a car, there is only a public lot a few blocks away which may be inconvenient for some. They gave many towels and brought fresh ones the second day. The beds are not very comfortable. But I think for how cheap it is, you get what you pay for.

Ideal location only a minute's walk to the beach, supermarket across the road, lots of lovely restaurants around. Access to two swimming pools with sun loungers. Kitchen is kitted out with the basics, there wasn't any soap or sponge to clean dishes with. The apartment had a lovely view over the pools and to the beach, peaceful at night. Host's weren't very responsive on Airbnb, or via email directly to the hotel reception. However, check in and check out were very smooth and easy. Great value for money.
