Unfortunately I have to say this was a very bad experience for us. When we arrived on the Friday, we noticed that the drains were blocked and raw sewage pouring onto the driveway. We informed the hosts immediately and were told that it could not be resolved until Monday. We assumed the hosts would sort everything from here - however, because we were out for the day, the drains men arrived and no one was there, they left. We then had to come back to deal with it and arrange for them to come back. The workers were then demanding money from us so we had to explain to them, message and ring hosts, until eventually it was sorted. We then had no running water which was sorted out in a few hours. The next day we had no running water at all from 7.30 in the morning to around 5pm. We had to ask neighbours for pans of water, use pool water to flush the loo. The biggest problem we faced was the lack of responsibility and willingness from Holidu to come and sort the problems for us…2/10 :(
