This place was comfortable and had the necessities we were expecting for a nice weekend in Austin. I'd happily come back and stay here again!

Everything was just like the photos, I really enjoyed that it was so close to the event that I was at. The house had coffee and plate forks and pans, always useful on trip. It was clean, close to groceries and places to eat. Personally, it did the trick, my brother in law complained that water did not get hot enough and neighbors made noise at night. I am not overly picky. I understand it some one else’s home. But I wanted to include his comments.

I only stayed overnight for 1 night. Check in wasn’t until 4pm and we had to be out by 10am which was not cool. Most other places check in was allowed at 3 and check out is at 11. Instructions were very clear and the host was very communicative and answered every question we had. The house is in a cul de sac but we did not have much place to park. There was just short of 10 cars in the parking lot so parking was very tight. House was clean and ready for guests. I didn’t like there was no couch or better seating arrangements when there’s a part of 6. There’s ONLY 2 single wingback chairs and a bench in the living room. Just doesn’t make sense. There are also no coffee mugs in the house. We noticed that some of the ceiling fixtures were sliding down out of the ceiling or not installed correctly so there was exposed wires. Backyard was a little overgrown and had some trash. The dining chairs were filthy. Absolutely filthy. They were sticky and stained. The 4th bedroom does not have AC

Stayed with my family there were a total of 8 of us.. live wires above the thermostat that could/should be covered, the dryer did not work which probably explains why the extra towels in the closet were wet and in one of the rooms the sheets were covered in some kind of pet hair dog or a cat.🫠
