Really lovely stay! I came for work and the wifi worked perfectly. I’ll come back for sure!

On320 is an ideal apartment block in the middle of Colombo. It is an easy access point to all your activities in the centre and you have excellent restaurant options in park street at walking distance. Also you a nice swimming pool area at the 6th floor and an in-house mini supermarket. If you need more you can find various shops around the corner.

Great apartment, exactly like the photos. Modern toilets and a good view from the balcony. Will definitely stay here again.

This was fine for a short stay. Benjamin was available and helpful but there were a few issues which we didn't contact him about at the time because we were out and about so couldn't wait in for them to be resolved. The apartment looked like the photos but we found it to be quite noisy. There were also some basic things that I felt like we shouldn't have to contact the host about e.g. no cooking utensils, having a washing machine but no where to dry the clothes (and given electricity costs in Sri Lanka I am not sure Nicola would want the tumble dryer to be used!), table top ironing board but no plugs near the table for the iron. Shared facilities were good, like the pool and gym.

Thanks to Nicola and Benjamin for a very comfortable stay and being so accommodating. The house was very well kept with all listed amenities. They even accommodated a late checkout for us without even asking as our flight was late in the evening. Such warm and welcoming check in and checkout experience. Thank you
