good communication from host, close to city centre, lovely clean house.

Everything was dirty. Filthy carpet. Walls dirty. 20 minutes is your maximum bathroom time. Read his house rules. Heater was "broken", but then magically works when you message him, but then stops until you message him again. Duvet was a king size duvet stuffed/folded into a small double quilt. Mattress was so thin you can feel the slats. Slats were broken with duct tape. Bedding was filthy dirty. I wish I could share pictures on here. It was like a horror movie. I know Iwan will tell you to look at previous reviews and everything, but I was there, and I'm a genuine reviewer. Better yet, book a stay there yourself and tell me I'm wrong. Bath was filthy. Iwan walked into the room without any notice, and then when I asked him if anyone had been in the room, he didn't answer. I had my laptop camera on. What was the most shocking was how completely detached he is from guest experience. It's as if he has no emotions and can't even comprehend that heating is a basic requirement of a room.

Iwan is a very responsive host who provides clear indications of the property and helps you where needed. I would definitely recommend this fully equipped room, since it’s in a quiet area but still at walkable distance from the city centre. Perfect location if you want to get around this city, but need some quieter space to work.

Had an amazing 3-month stay at Iwan’s! The house is perfect location close to the city centre, the room is super clean, housemates are lovely and Iwan is a very accommodating host!! Will definitely be back.
