John was a lovely host! He was so accommodating when I asked if we were able to check in a little early and very communicative! Highly recommend ◡̈
John’s place is wonderfully clean and well-furnished. The location is good if you’re looking to hang around South St. One thing to note is that the apartment is noisy. The street noise is to be expected—you’re in a city and staying in a party neighborhood, but the beautiful hardwood floors are very squeaky and the sound echos throughout the apt. We could also hear the guests downstairs well after 2am. The nightly price was ok for Philly, but the cleaning fee was ridiculous.
John (the host) was very thorough in his directions on how to enter the unit, parking etc.. John was quick to respond whenever I had a question. The unit was exactly as described and very clean. We felt at home when we were there. If you want to be in walking distance to everything to downtown has to offer, I would highly recommend staying at this unit and having John as your host. No regerts (not even one letter lol)
