The place itself, the area, and getting in and out were not an issue. We got a message the day of that requested us to check-in 2 hours later than the time posted on the original listing. We had to wait around but this can happen from time to time. What did not go well was the unexpected major renovations happening the in space below where we rented. They woke us up at 9:30 AM on a Sunday morning. My partner has special needs and it was imperative to have a space where the noise was kept to a minimum and the sound of floors being removed, hammers hitting walls and drills going into walls was far from a noiseless environnment. This was not mentionned whatsoever when we rented for the time slot so it's hard to know if this was a situation where it was not planned or if we were not informed. Regardless, we ended up leaving in the morning before our checkout time since the noise was too much to handle. I sadly wouldn't rerent the space if this type of thing is possible in the future.

Lo mejor del lugar es la cercanía al metro, cerca al aeropuerto y en el barrio habían opciones para comprar comida. la cama estaba cómoda tenía aire acondicionado, tenía menaje de cocina completo, todo bien equipado. lo único que se podría observar como incómodo es el piso que suena mucho, pero tampoco es gran cosa. lo recomiendo 100%

Metro was very close. Apartment was clean, and necessities were easy to locate (e.g. pots, pans, towels). A comfortable space if you plan to be out in the city most of the time and only need a place to sleep and shower. Huy was a great host! Helpful, polite, and very friendly!

Cozy place to stay in the city. Close to many places and the subway. Very friendly host and quite neighborhood.

Excellent appartement, super propre, équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir chez vous. Le quartier est calme, il est relaxant de prendre une tasse de café sur le balcon de l'appartement. De plus, c'est magnifique d'avoir un parking privé.
