This stylish place to stay is perfect for 2 guests maximum. You will have a queen bed and a small desk. You will also have a small fridge, a 58 inch TV, and some goodies. Very quiet place. 100% guaranteed. House is located in a nice neighborhood and 10 minutes from DIA (Tower rd and 64th)/ 10 to 15 min walking from Gaylord hotel. It is right next door, just walk, no need to drive. Keep in mind this is a shared bathroom with others guests. A lot of restaurants around, close to I70 and I225. You will get a nice and cleaned room all furnished with a comfortable bed, tv and a desk for any work. This room is located right next to the main entrance so you will definitely hear people coming and living. it is definitely quiet at night. You may also hear someone walking above as they is a room above. But again I always make sure to remind all the guests to be mindful and do as little noises as possible. I have some ear plugs and a sleeping sound machine to help. So before booking this room, make sure you are aware of everything mentioned above. If you are attending an event at the Gaylord hotel, you can easily walk from my home to the hotel, so no need to rent a car at all. The hotel is right behind my backyard. See pictures.
