A gated entrance provides you peace of mind in enjoying all that our beautiful space provides. The House: Our cozy, 2600 sq. ft. home is a retreat from the busyness of life. The downstairs master bedroom is accessible directly from the 3-car carport, making for an easy trip inside with your belongings. The jacuzzi tub in the dual-sink master bathroom will bubble your stress away before you settle into the king bed and fall asleep to the crickets singing outside. 2 bedrooms upstairs each have spacious queen beds with access to a shared bathroom and a balcony deck. Enjoy reading in a book or playing the piano in our study where you can enjoy views of the Spanish (Red) Oaks blooming in the Spring. A fireplace awaits you in the living room where the ultra-comfortable sofa converts to a queen bed and you can sleep peacefully surrounded by our mini-nursery of orchids, money trees, and all things green. The chefs of the world will love our full kitchen, replete with all the cookware you need to create your culinary masterpiece. And when you're ready to eat, or enjoy the fire pit, come to the back patio for good conversation or bird watching. Local Activities: The Hill Country, with its rolling hills, nearby lake, and wonderful views provides a plethora of activities for the adventurous and hungry. Water lovers are 10 minutes away from Lake Travis and the Briarcliff Marina where you can rent boats or enjoy a country meal at the Lighthouse restaurant. For the hikers and mountain bikers, Pace Bend Park is just a few minutes further. And when the water is high enough, the rock climbers in you can test their deep water solo climbing skills. For the serious hikers/bikers/rock climbers, Reimers Ranch is 30 minutes away. The BBQ lovers have many options: It's All Good BBQ (a top 50 in Texas) and Opies are within minutes of our property, and the best BBQ in Texas is 45 minutes away at Coopers in Llano. If breakfast tacos are your thing (and it should be!), you have 5 (and counting) taco trailers within 5 minutes. Los Compradres is our favorite. And, after you've chowed down your favorite taco, you want to wash it down with a beer or glass of wine: El Gaucho (wine) and 5 Soul Wine /Frontyard Brewing (wine & beer) are within a few minutes of here while Stone House & Spicewood Vineyards are 10 minutes away.
