Welcome to what we have named, the Basil Bungalow! Both our favorite colors are green, so we knew this house was ours the second we pulled up! Inspired by our love of a mix of vintage and mid-century modern styles, we know you’ll love the combination of comfortability and elegance. Upon entry stop by the welcome table complete with WiFi login, area recommendations, Guest Book and more! Living Room features a sectional, 2 chairs, and a 65” smart TV complete with cable service as well as access to streaming. Dining table seats 6 Fully equipped kitchen includes: - Full size fridge complete with ice maker and filtered water dispenser - Dishwasher - Wine fridge - Coffee Bar with fresh, local grounds for each guest, system for single or carafe brew, sweeteners + creamer - Plates/Bowls/Utensils - Kid Friendly Plates/Bowls/Utensils - Cook & Bakeware - Crockpot The closet at the back of the kitchen houses cleaning supplies available to use during your stay. Full sized laundry (washer & dryer) located in the hallway. Detergent and dryer sheets available for guest use. Full size bath #1 sits directly across from bedroom #1 and features a bath tub and shower combination. Bedroom #1 features a full sized bed, work/vanity area, spacious closet, ambient lighting, and a sound machine. Bedroom #2 is the primary bedroom which features a king sized bed, work/vanity area, TV with Amazon Fire Stick, sound machine, attached full bathroom (full bathroom #2) with separate water closet and bath tub and shower combination, spacious closet, and access to the backyard and deck. Bedroom #3 features a queen sized bed, spacious closet, sound machine, and access to the backyard and deck. This bedroom shares full bathroom #1 just down the hall. The backyard features a deck with seating area for 2 and a wood burning fire pit on the lawn with seating for 4. Fire wood available upon request. The upstairs loft features: - 2 trundle beds (4 twin mattresses) - Half bathroom - 50” smart TV complete with cable service as well as access to streaming The loft space is kid friendly and provides guests with a Nintendo Switch docking station with 2 controllers (guests can connect their own console and games), and is stocked with toys, games, puzzles, and books for kids of all ages! A sound machine is also available. Please note, the loft is a true loft with no door to separate the loft space from the stairs, and from the downstairs living room. It is not an open balcony however and still offers privacy and is actually quite efficient in the separation of noise from the different spaces. Parking is available on the premise in the paved driveway and can hold up to 4 cars tandem.
