The excellent residence, in addition to being well furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts, is located very close to the "Marangi" sandy beach with a lido and a free part. Just reaching the sea is extremely easy, because in the rear garden, we notice an external access with a door; this leads into the pine forest next to the coast. From here a path of about 40m, passing next to the green area, allows you to reach the turquoise sea.
