It is characterized by its Patagonian style of wooden construction and large windows, which will allow you to enjoy a great view of the Bahia Brava. The property is distributed over three levels. You enter on the ground floor through the kitchen which has appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and electric kettle, as well as utensils. The kitchen is integrated with a large living room that has comfortable armchairs and Tv with Directv, as well as a counter. On the ground floor you can also find a toilet, laundry room with washing machine and an en-suite room with a double bed and bathroom with shower. Access to the upper floor is via stairs. There you will find 3 bedrooms with a double bed, a toilet and a full bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have a beautiful view of the beach and lake. On the third floor you will find a mezzanine with 1 single bed with a stroller and a large space that can be used as a work or recreational area. Its heating is through radiators. Inalafquen has a large garden with exclusive access to the beach. It has a stoker area where you can enjoy delicious meals. The parking lot is uncovered and has capacity for 3 vehicles.
