We stayed in Bradford and were disappointed with our stay. Pros - quick and easy check in, quick responses from property managers, convenient location for our trip. Cons - only surface level clean, lots of grime built up, mould on ceiling, dust and dirt under the sofa. Also booked five nights for a family of four and only got a small bottle of shampoo and shower gel, and only one and a half rolls of toilet paper. Asked if more could be supplied and told no so had to buy our own. Would not return.

I chose to stay here because the flat is positioned where I needed to be that couple of weeks whilst I was moving house. The location is on a fairly busy road which is fine but a little loud in the evenings. The windows were double glazed so it wasn’t much of an issue. The check in to the flat was fine, Toks who met me was very nice and had great communication. I was a bit surprised when I arrived that I was not staying in the flat pictured. The owner has 3 flats in the building and uses photographs of one flat for all adverts. This was a bit surprising and I think should be addressed. The bedrooms are a good size and we had what we needed but the flat is in need of repair/redecoration - bathroom ceiling especially. The kitchen could also do with a deep clean. Overall, for what we paid it was ok, with a more transparent advert and some repairs to the flat it could be a lot more pleasant.
