This place was not cleaned. Wyatt msg 30 min after check-in time saying it was being cleaned. After we checked in I msg to tell him there were no sheets in beds, beds with hair, dirty pillows and kitchen, no trash can in kitchen, linens dumped on the sofa, broken molding, hole in wall, flies and roaches inside the house, dirty floors. Sent him photos. Then said wife will go back to the place to make sure it was finished. Wife said no one went to clean the place and previous guests trashed the place. Based on the reviews that happened 2 days before. Can’t understand why they didn’t take care of it before our arrival or contacted me to cancel the reservation. I would’ve understood the hole in the wall but defined not arriving to a DIRTY house. This Messed up our Mother’s Day weekend. WE LEFT and got a partial refund. I had to call Airbnb to get the rest $ refunded. I DO NOT recommend this place at all or any property managed by Wyatt. A lot could’ve been done differently.

There was a very loud train that comes by several times a day right by the front door. The furniture was broken. The steps in the hallway were messed up (leading to a child cutting his foot during our stay). The front door doesn’t shut. we put furniture in front of it so it wouldn’t open and used the side door. we went and bought some furniture because they had no bedside tables or end tables. the tv sat on the floor for over half of our visit after we asked them several times to put it up. they never mowed the grass and we stayed several weeks for work. they booked another booking after agreeing that they wouldn’t. they were rude when we would reach out to them and never brought the amenities that they agreed to weekly due to our long term stay. we were very unpleased the second half of our stay. we were the first people to stay here so we tried to be accommodating while they received their furniture and figured stuff out but it felt like they were taking advantage of us.

We needed a long term airbnb for a job out of town and this place was perfect! Wyatt is super accommodating and nice. the place is large, modern, and clean. i highly recommend staying here. Super nice neighbors and a friendly town!
