Hosts very accommodating and responsive via message, no unexpected charges. Very clean room with AC and mini fridge; nice common room with a board game, seating area, kitchen and dishes. Like all shared spaces safety and cleanliness is dependant on others staying there, but they have nice locks on each room's door, clear instructions every step along the process including how to get into rooms. About a mile away from a lot of great restaurants
This was a smartly decorate space. The suites private 3 cu ft refrigerator was excellent. The TV in the central ‘suite’ was at an amazing height. There were four lighting options with one being adjustable in conjunction to the natural light from the window which was also adjustable by shade and noise reducing curtain. The lighting and lightly colored desk & foot bench, which can store shoes mad the room seem functional and large. The wall mounted decor kept the floor free of clutter and popped calming colors giving it a daytime feel at all hours. I adored the double sided step in closet with shelves to keep bags off the floor and clothes on display with a motion sensor light available for convenience. There is some diy trim where flex foam was used instead of angled or pocketed corner work for the trim. But if you’re looking everywhere but the ground & frame paint edging - you’ll be very thrilled to find this charm of the Old Highland Minneapolis neighborhood. The coffee bar was fun.
Super nice place, for the price. Beds with the pillow top mattress were ah-mazing! Very communicative hosts. Location is not so great very close to dangerous neighborhood. I would advise against walking places.
The place fit what we needed for the time we were there. We were there for a Twins game and the Timberwolves game, and the drive was close and easy parking from there. We had some questions prior to check in and host was very responsive which was nice. We had to leave due to a family emergency and did not have the checkout instructions prior to the time we left let the host know and they said it was fine and wished us well with our family. It was nice and felt safe in the area, and the money that you pay is well worth the area that you got.

Safe, quiet neighborhood nestled on the edge of North Loop close to a High School and playing fields and located right on a bus line for easy access to the entire Twin Cities area, no car required.
If you do drive, we offer free off-street parking and plenty of on-street parking in the area as well for quick stops.
Each reservation comes with access to off-street parking in our backyard lot (accessible via back alley, first-come, first-serve).
The bus lines run directly in front of the property to easily access the larger Twin Cities area. Uber's are an average of 3 minutes away.
North Loop, with many bars and restaurants is a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away (Target field, Target Center, etc.). The area is incredibly walkable and safe nestled in a calm vibrant neighborhood on the edge of North Loop.
The river walk is a 15 minute walk, as is the Minneapolis Bouldering Project and much much more.
