We live in the suburbs of New Plymouth in an elevated spot with views to sea and of the mountain. We are close to bus stops and a ten minute drive to just about anywhere. There is a reserve across the road with horses grazing frequently that also offers great mountain views. It is quiet and very little noise from traffic or industry. The Local's cafe and "the Store" (groceries) are a short five minute walk away. The hospital is a flat 10 minute walk also. A bit further along is the Westown Shopping Centre with outlets like Pizza Hut, Subway, Sushi, and various bars and shops. Barrett's Domain is also a lovely place for nature walks.

Parking on site for one car. The bus stops are a short walk and run frequently into town. There are some cafes and some shops/medical centre/hospital within walking distance.
