All areas are specifically for guest's private use only and not shared with us, the lower bedrooms and bathrooms have keycode locks for their own personal use. You also have a large private deck, patio and garden with BBQ and garden furniture too. We will only set up, serve and clear away breakfast, clean and tidy guest rooms when required apart from that the space is entirely for our guests private use. Built in 2019 our tastefully decorated 3-bedroom 1600 sq ft addition attached to our main house but fully private and quiet is our guest property with its own rooms solely for our guests use. A lovely covered deck with chairs and tables overlooks the flower and shrub filled garden that boasts fantastic south facing sun exposure with steps down to the outdoor patio with chairs, tables and umbrellas for shade and a BBQ for our guests use only, weather permitting enjoy breakfast alfresco if you desire just let us know, a cup of tea or coffee, a glass of wine, read a book, listen to the birdsong, relax after a day at the beach by simply watching our resident busy hummingbirds and bees that call our property home. Look and listen to the eagles soar and frolic in the treetops of the mature trees surrounding us. A 2-piece bathroom can also be found on this level. On the lower level we have our 2 themed decorated guest bedrooms, 1 with a private guest lounge, each with private keyless entries. The Beach Room Queen Bed sleeps 2 with an ensuite bathroom with a lovely large shower enclosure, no bath and walk in closet. A small desk and chair. The Forest Room and The Mountain Lounge Queen Bed sleeps 2 with its own private family bathroom just across the hallway, which has a shower over the bath and its own private lounge “The Mountain Lounge” right next door to The Forest Room. Both bedrooms have large comfortable queen beds with Hotel Collection plush mattresses. Luxurious freshly laundered linens, extra pillows and blankets. Nightstands with 2 lamps. Closets with hanging space including hangers to use and drawer space. Fully controllable thermostat baseboard heating and fans in the closets for keeping you cool. A hairdryer for your use, blackout curtains to aid a restful night’s sleep. Their own smart TVs with Amazon Prime and complimentary snacks for you to enjoy. USB outlet for charging of devices. Both bathrooms are stocked with freshly laundered soft towels, washcloths, eco friendly plant based products of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other supplies that you might require to use, we buy large sizes to reduce our waste so please use what you need and leave behind for the use of our next guests. We have a private entrance for guests with keyless self check in, though we do look forward if possible to personally welcoming you on arrival. Designated off street parking for our guests use. The huge Douglas Fir trees of The Heritage Forest can be seen from the property. Breakfast is provided daily at 8:30am in the dining area, at the large shared table it’s a great place to chat with other guests. Our breakfast consists of a hot and cold selections, we try our very best to accommodate dietary restrictions, we ask that you please let us know in advance. Where possible we buy organic and locally sourced products and our menu changes daily. Sorry, but no pets are allowed at the property as you will be sharing spaces with our other guests.
