This is an authentic MA beach cottage. Very cool and cozy. It looks to be one of the last in the neighborhood. The location feels like a small island with water on three sides. It was a short walk to the beach and a nice area to walk around. We had three of us and it fit well. Sue is the perfect host. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Boston.

Sue’s cottage was the exact quiet, quaint weekend getaway we were looking for. The neighbors were very friendly and the surroundings were beautiful. Sue was an incredible host and we felt most welcomed from the moment we walked in..our dog didn’t want to leave by the end of the weekend! The sunroom desk was perfect for a work-from-home day, especially with the windows open and the fresh ocean air. The amenities were great; plenty of soft towels, cozy blankets, cookware, and even an espresso machine which certainly got its use during our stay.. YUM! The outdoor space was perfect for us and our senior dog..he enjoyed basking in the sunshine on the gated back-deck, and sniffing around the back yard. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, great for evening strolls. Short walk to a small local beach and few minute drive to a Walgreens/starbucks/gas station. Great local Mexican place nearby as well. Lots of local hiking trails and parks to take our dog. Already wanting to come back!
