The villa with its fully fenced garden borders a beautiful pine forest frequented by squirrels.
Nearby there is the Church, a Market and two restaurants. Within walking distance there is the train station of Marina di Maratea, with regional train stop.
The high-speed trains of FR and NTV, stop instead at Maratea station,
about 6 Km away.
Along the coast there are numerous caves, the most famous with stalactites and stalagmites is not far from the house.
Between a bath in the clear waters and an excursion in the hinterland you can taste the gastronomic delights of the Region.
Do not miss a visit to Maratea with its 44 Churches and the large statue of Christ the Redeemer 22 meters high, second only to that of Rio de Janeiro, overlooking one of the most evocative stretches of the Gulf.
At the Port it is possible to rent a boat to enjoy the long and indented coast, edged with rocks, with deep sea beds, appreciated by underwater fishermen.
Do not miss to visit the many coves and beaches, especially in front of the island of Santo Janni, the characteristic Black beach for the typical black color of the sand.
