Enjoy this comfortable hidden gem at this centrally-located getaway! This delightful condo is a comfy, sparkling clean place to unwind, relax and enjoy a fresh, restful night sleep in the king bed, queen bed, a queen size memory foam sofa bed, and a pack n play for the little one. 1 1/2 baths. 1 mile to Winco & Walgreen’s Less than 2 miles to Albertson’s, Sam’s, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Temple, The Falls & Greenbelt, Many Fast Food Restaurants, and Historic Downtown

Much better than we expected when we first drove up. More space than expected, very comfortable bed, everything that one might need in the kitchen. We were pleased with this rental.
Loved the place, it’s very centric. The place was clean and very cute. We loved our stay. It’s actually very easy to get to. At first we were kinda skeptical about the area but it’s actually very quiet neighborhood. The only thing that we can think of is that you can hear every footstep and movement from the residents above. But, other than that it was a great choice. We would stay there again.

If driving South on Fanning Avenue:
The name of the complex is Regency.
Turn left into the parking lot. Then turn Right after passing the first set of garages. You will be driving in between the two sets of garages. Drive to the end. Turn Left into ONE of the five parking stalls. There is ONLY ONE parking stall for you to use. Once you park, our condo will be straight ahead. It is ground level. You will see a very large # 26 - that is for the upstairs condo. The front door faces the street to your right (Lomax). This is a one-way street. The front door is two glass doors. There is a black mailbox with #25 on it and two dark brown chairs by the door.
If traveling West on First Street:
First street splits and goes to the left, Lomax goes to the Right. Stay in the far right hand lane. You will pass a new complex with white townhouses. Our complex is right after them. They are gold brick with dark brown trim. Be prepared to turn into the parking lot immediately after passing the first building. Use one of the five parking stall to your right. Once you park, our condo will be straight ahead. It is ground level. You will see a very large # 26 - that is for the upstairs condo. Ours is #25, keep walking straight ahead. The front door faces the street to your right (Lomax). This is a one-way street. The front door is two glass doors. There is a black mailbox with #25 on it and two dark brown chairs by the door.
