The place was exactly as shown in photos. Very nicely decorated. Very clean and comfortable. The house was very well stocked with all the amenities described in the listing and even more. The host let us know early that the washer was out of order which gave me ample time to cancel BUT once I got there I was so happy that I kept my reservation. There weren’t any outrageous house rules which made the stay so comfortable. I’m not sure who it was but someone came and cleared the snow off the front stairs and walkway, which was very nice. The weather was bad going to Tahoe so we had to leave home earlier than usual which caused us to get to Tahoe at bit earlier than check in. I messaged the host and the were very quick respond to my messages and accommodate us as best as possible. I would definitely recommend this place and these host and I can’t to go back and hopefully stay here again. I normally use my timeshare but I’m so glad it wasn’t available this year.

Nele has been an awesome host, anticipating good activities we could do with my kids, pro-actively communicating with us to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out and overall very friendly and flexible to accommodate our needs. The house is very well located, 15min from Sierra Tahoe ski resort, 16min from Heavenly, very close to Meyers for easy rentals and shopping. We simply loved the surroundings, very quiet area and the house is very comfortable and well equipped! Kids enjoyed all the card board games and the air hockey table in the gaming room. Garage is large for 2 cars too. We'd love to come back and enjoy a longer stay at Nele's place!
