A lovely room within a modern 5-bed, semi-detached property. A short walk to Durham city centre, with a supermarket and other amenities close by. The house is located within Belmont at a very quiet cul-de-sac entrance. Our place is your perfect stay: beautiful walks are a stone's throw away, the comfy beds are sure to please, while the house also benefits from a cosy sitting area and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath. There is also ample off-street parking. Guests are welcome to use the front drive to park their cars; additional parking is available on the cul-de-sac. You are welcome to use the sunroom lounge area with a Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The garden space is lovely for a chilled evening and has the perfect balance of shade and sunshine. My favourite is the chaise lounge. Guests also use the large coal BBQ and Fire Pit during summer (additional charges may apply). You can also make use of the fully equipped kitchen to cook up a delightful meal or to make tea and coffee, which is provided free of charge to guests. The bean-to-cup coffee machine helps to make mornings that little bit better! I also highly recommend using the ice machine provided for a cheeky G & T on an evening. Guests have access to super-fast Wi-Fi. I offer a continental breakfast with cereals and fruit. There are also a host of pubs, restaurants, cafes and takeaways nearby.
