Amin and his family’s place is huge! Especially for Thai locals this place could fit like 5 Thai families! It’s amazing! The WiFi was strong. Amin and his brother are very knowledgeable and can offer taxis or motor scooters if needed. We did not choose this option however many bars and restaurants are within walking distance.That being said we mostly ate street food by the military base and waterfront area. It was cheap and amazing! Check out the pancake stand they are amazing!! We have eaten many pancakes while in Thailand and these were are favorite. A walk to the swimming beaches also is totally doable. Like 20 mins. Or faster by scooter. You can go to beach bar which is so affordable for dinner lunch and drinks. Cheapest in cape panwa but amazing! Best place to watch the sunset! I recommend going to the swimming beaches later in the day as when the tide is higher and better for swimming. On the property you really getting a relaxing local Thai experience. The tv also is able to set up HDMI cables so you can hook it up to your computer as well! Huge plus to watch the Golden State Warriors Game. You have the option to cook but we didn’t have the time. Also you have a whole outdoor area. Truly an amazing location. Amin’s brother will take you to your next destination upon leaving and even carries all your heavy luggage to his big van. He knows so much about cape Panwa. I am so happy his family was able to preserve their place with all the luxury resorts going up it’s so nice to see a look at the local Thai lifestyle! I would recommend everyone to stay here over a fancy resort any day! If you need to use a pool just buy drinks or food at a resort. Amin’s place is much bigger and better than any resort. Not to mention the price is right. Thank you again!!!

Lovely place, far from the tourists crowds, two beaches nearby- one- not bad for snorkeling, one-excellent for swimming (1,6 km). Very nice restaurants with the great choice of Tai, European, Indian cuisine. Apartments are huge, very clean, hosts are living upstairs - nice and friendly., our thanks to them. Taxi service is available “at home”. Hope to come back again-))
