Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space. Colemans Retreat is a unique and spacious cottage in a peaceful location offering all modern amenities. There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suites and a fourth bedroom with either twin beds or double. 1 acre of garden with tranquil views with outside dining area for 8 and comfortable seating. BBQ, hot tub, shower/changing room and WC. The property is only accessible via electric gates. Cowes & Newport are 10 minutes away, Yarmouth 15 minutes.

Our stay at Ashley’s home was wonderful from start to finish. Ashley greeted us upon check in and was helpful and informative, gave a great restaurant recommendation that was only a short 5 minute drive away. The home is fabulous, clean, modern and private. We loved the outdoor areas which will be lovely in the warmer weather. The hot tub and views were a family favourite especially with our girl! Ashley was always on hand if we needed anything and was very quick to respond. Checking out was easy and Ashley popped by to say goodbye. We will definitely be visiting again!
Amazing stay! Beautiful clean, modern house and surroundings, I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the island or looking for a getaway on the island, the photos do not do the outdoor area any justice! Amazing value for Money and cannot thank Ashley enough for his amazing hosting!
We had a fantastic stay in the Easter holidays with our two young boys (7 and 8). Ashley was very helpful from start to finish. The pictures in many ways do not do the house justice. It has a clean and new feel, as well as being warm and welcoming. Lots of roomy bedrooms and great for families / larger groups. The outdoor hot tub and eating / relaxation area was a real hit with our kids (and has wonderful views) and ought to be incredible in warmer weather / longer summer evenings. The large combined upstairs kitchen (plus island), dining and lounge area works really well and was a great space for dinner with friends one evening. We feel lucky to have been one of the first to visit as Ashley and Vikki have clearly put a lot into making a lovely house to stay in: somewhere to look forward to coming back to from daily excursions on the IOW (which we found all generally within easy reach by car given Porchfield’s location)

The Cottage is located in a quiet country lane with very few vehicles passing.
There is a local pub "The Sportsman's Rest" 15 minute walk or 2 minutes by car which offer food and drink.
The Blacksmiths pub is only 5 minutes drive and offers fine dining and outside play area for children.
Newtown Creek is only 5 minutes by car offering some lovely walks.
Morrisons, Sainsburys & Asda supermarkets are located in Newport which are about 10 minutes away by car.
Cowes is about 10 minutes drive through the lanes and Yarmouth is about 15 minutes. Both offer excellent pubs and restaurants by the sea.
