lovely little apartment with everything we needed; extremely clean; breakfast crackers and coffee and milk all left out for us; a short walk to the beautiful and interesting town of Belluno. Nice clean bathroom with a good shower; perfectly appointed kitchen with 2 hot plates; microwave; kettle. a very nice and easy place to stay and great communication with Flora and her son.

Nice apartments. Comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, except for a frying pan (there was one, but it was old, you can't cook with it anymore). You can sit in the courtyard at a table and have breakfast with a view of the distant mountains. From the apartment you can walk to the city center, crossing the bridge with a beautiful view of the old city. There is a parking lot nearby. The only big drawback is that the apartment are damp and uncomfortable gate to get in.

Flora and Luca were very helpful in their correspondence and in making themselves available when needed. The flat was pleasant enough and Belluno itself is charming. I’m not certain I would stay here again. In the flat are locked doors that connect to adjacent flats. The people staying next door were quiet enough, but if you have loud neighbors, you’ll hear everything. The kitchen has some supplies, and they provided tea, coffee, salt and oil. But basic things like lids for the pots were missing. The fridge didn’t work, but Flora was amazing in her response time and she came up with a solution within hours. It just surprised me that the fridge hadn’t been turned on before I arrived so that they knew about this issue. The front gate entrance is not great. It’s an construction style gate that requires two hands to open and close. I thought perhaps the gate is genuinely under construction, but my friend who stayed here two years ago said it was exactly the same two years ago. 😌

Great little apartment, perfect for 2 people. A short walk uphill to the town centre.
