房子很新，很大，装修也不错！楼下有泳池，还有一个很好吃的披萨店。房东友好热情，有次我们一个朋友最后走的时候不小心把房卡反锁在屋里了，房东很快来帮我们开门。最后走的那天我们没有地方寄存行李，房东也允许我们把行李暂时放在房子里直到下午。很满意的一次体验！

The apartment is well kept and very nice, good design and super clean with great views. It's also great that the master bedroom and the living room have small desks so that two people could even do some remote work from the apartment if/when required. The entire building is very new and has a nice pool (though not on the roof) and we felt right at home. Probably one of the best airbnbs I have stayed in. Only small minus is the location, which is not particularly great, but since you will always use grab (ie cab) anyway to get anywhere (because walking is not recommended in the heat of the day) this is also not a real issue. And the nice parts of district one are just 10 mins away.

We stayed at Son & Henry’s Zenity apartment for 2 nights. The apartment was excellent, new and beautifully furnished and decorated with full of amenities including hand towels and bath mats as we found most of the air bnb’s in Vietnam don’t supply which is very disappointing. The swimming pool looks great in the photos but was underwhelming in person very slippery tiles dangerous on entry, the pool is very narrow, shallow and sitting in a shaded corner of the building. Hence, I only visited the pool once on the hottest day. The location is on a busy road on the border of district one and three and it’s approximately five hundred meters walk along a busy road to the local shopping street. Due to the inconvenient location we wouldn’t stay there again but otherwise the apartment is beautiful.
