There is also a small combo washer/dryer that will be great for rinsing and spinning swimming gear. However, for larger loads, there is a laundry up by the restaurant. Both bedrooms are separated by a convenient living area with two armchairs and a flatscreen TV (no cable). The full bathroom available has a standalone shower. With this location, all you have to do is step out your door, and you'll be in the water. You can visit the nearby Bayview Marina to dock your boat for a fee. This floating home is located right on Lake Pend Oreille, which is Idaho's deepest and biggest lake! Here you can find plenty of parks, boat launches, and try your hand at boating, wildlife spotting, and fishing. Try some of the delicious local cuisine at Lake House Bar & Grill, Ralph's Coffee House & Cafe, or JD's Pub & Grill, all of them within walking distance. Silverwood Theme Park is 12.8 miles away and has over 70 rides you can enjoy! <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> There are two futons available. Phone service is limited, especially if it is not Verizon. Even though there are no steps to entry, this is a float home and it moves around quite often. We ask you to consider this if you have mobility issues. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. <br/>Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
