You enter the property through a gate to the private courtyard garden. On entering the flat , you come to a lobby entrance with a place for your coats and shoes. To the left is a well equipped shower room with a sink and toilet (hand and bath towels and toilet roll provided). To the right you enter the main open plan living space with living, kitchen and dining spaces The kitchen area has a a row of top and bottom units, freestanding cooker, sink, small fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery, cutlery and glasses for 2 people, as well as salt & pepper, tea and coffee. The dining area offers an extendable table and two chairs, and in the living area there is a comfy two seater sofa, a large digital television, coffee table and an extra electric stove effect heater. Above the living area there are two ceiling lights. Through double doors you will find a lovely double bedroom featuring two windows with direct view of the church, (bedding and linen is provided). In addition to the double bed this room offers a clothes rail, small chest of drawers, desk with chair and a wicker armchair. Parking is like gold dust in Reepham and Church View comes with it's own parking space just before you enter the courtyard. Just a minute away you are in the pretty market place where you can enjoy the baked delights of the award winning Bread Source which can be found in the The Dial House, where you can also enjoy a massage at the Orange Tree. Across from this is the the cosy King's Arms pub as well as all of your essential shops and cafes. If you like the outdoors, you can find the Marriot's Way nearby which offers excellent walks or cycle routes. You are only a short distance from Norfolk's beautiful beaches, the broads and the fine city of Norwich.
