Only 1 kilometre from Dimora Iume, the charming Borgo La Vigna offers an authentic experience enriched by essential services such as the Bcc Bank, the lively Altogradimento Bar and the convenient polyclinic. Among its unique features, it also houses a food shop. Moreover, it becomes the beating heart of tradition during the prestigious Sagra della ‘Scottona in spada’, a not-to-be-missed event from 5 to 9 July, celebrating local culture and gastronomy. An ideal place to spend a pleasant stay, either for a family or for a group of friends up to 8 people. The house is accessed from the main road by driving along a rural dirt road for about 1km. The main entrance on the ground floor leads to a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, sitting area equipped with several sofas and armchairs (with TV and Wi-Fi connection) and dining area. The kitchen - equipped with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher - is on the same level as well as a utility room ( with washing machine ) and bathroom with bathtub equipped with all amenities. A cantilevered wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area consists of 4 lovely bedrooms ( 2 doubles + 2 twins ) with exposed beams, a bathroom with shower stall and wardrobe / storage room. Two bedrooms open onto a large panoramic terrace equipped with outdoor loungers. AIR CONDITIONING and GUTTERS PRESENT IN THE ENTIRE NIGHT AREA. Outside the farmhouse, a huge pine tree protects the outdoor relaxation/dining area from the scorching summer sun. A sequence of large French doors connects the living room with the outdoor wooden porch equipped with a custom-made dining table and benches ideal for enjoying outdoor meals on warm summer nights. At the back of the farmhouse is a concrete cottage with 2 barbecues and a wood-burning oven, available to guests for outdoor grilling under the stars and a beautiful holm oak tree. Casa Iume is positioned in a corner of paradise, in a secluded location but at the same time allowing you to reach in a few minutes by car the beaches of the Riviera delle Palme, cities of art such as Ascoli Piceno and Fermo, the excellent wineries of the Piceno region, the trails and mountain resorts of the Sibillini Mountains. Your four-legged friends are welcome and can enjoy the spacious outdoor area. Guests can enjoy all the amenities of the apartment such as wifi, TV, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, barbecue and wood stove.
