My 26 square meters flat with courtyard at ground floor is in Bolognina, a genuine neighborhood. It is near the center of Bologna (3 kms and 40 mnts walking to piazza Maggiore), in a calm but vibrant neighborhood. The flat is in the rear part of a recently restored building, and it’s so silent. It's 1 km and 15 minutes to the railway station (the rear part in via Carracci, Alta Velocità) and 2,7 kms to the Fiera District, 38 mnts by walking (which is the best option) or 11 mnts by bicycle. The apartment - ground floor- was built 14 years ago under an older building which has been recently renovated with eco upgrade. It is one room with super comfortable bed, open wardrobe, bookshelf, kitchen with 2 fires induction stove, refrigerator, table and chairs. Then you have the bathroom with shower (hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and soap) The flat is freshly renovated, freshly painted. I live just beside you, but I am totally discrete. just in case you need anything, you can ask. You have private garden and private entrance, of course. Just opposite of the apartment, there is a bycicle shop. When you exit the property ( which is inside a bigger courtyard) you have a vegetable and fruit shop (where I buy things) and a bit further, after the church, a tobacco store where you can buy bus tickets. If you need to order food home, your bell is Cucci2. Important to know: the maximum temperature in winter is between 20 and 20,3 degrees, which is a super comfortable temperature, due the fact that the external wall of the building was covered for no warmth dispersion.
