Our suite on the top floor of the building is located in the very centre of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. The apartment is located next to the all city sides and historical part of the city, the main pedestrian street "Vitosha" blvd and the National Palace of Culture. Excellent choice if you like to visit our city for leisure or business. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, so keep in mind that there are stairs to be climbed. There is no elevator in the building. Once in the apartment for sure you will love it. Fully renovated bathroom huge and super comfy couch with 60" Smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two balconies. 5GHz WiFi speed.

Nice apartment very local and easy to walk to central areas. The apartment is very quiet, newly refurbished and with all amenities required. Located in a nice quiet street but close enough to central areas of Sofia. NDK metro station is about 5 min walk. Located on a 4th floor with no lift, so be aware if you have physical disabilities, need to carry heavy items, have babies, etc. Really nice square/garden surrounding St George Church at about 3 min walk, with a little playground for the kids. Overall I would recommend it but need to be aware of the 4th floor location.

You can enjoy your walk all around the central part of the city. Parking around the property is paid with an SMS on "1302" and your registration car number. The price for staying is 2 BGN per hour and the maximum land of stay is 2 hours.
