Unfortunately very dirty room, am not sure if the bed sheets were even cleaned before I took the room! Found nails under the bed, dirt and stains were everywhere! Disappointing.

Considering the amount paid, it was acceptable, but in terms of cleanliness with six people sharing one bathroom, the cleaning was chaotic. I don't blame the tenants; in fact, during the three weeks that I stayed at the flat, some of the roommates helped clean once, and another person in charge of the apartment also assisted, which was helpful. On the first day I arrived, the bathroom was a mess, so I had to take charge with another tenant and clean the entire apartment. Additionally, the bathroom had to be cleaned three times per week due to the messes I frequently encountered. The kitchen's cleanliness rating was again a 2.5 out of 5; I cannot teach grown adults to be clean. Therefore, I suggest that for the apartment to receive a 5 rating, there need to be cleaning rules established. This is a message for all future occupants of Airbnb rentals: cleanliness is synonymous with respect for others. Regardless, the tenant (Mattis) was helpful, as were two others who assisted.
