This is a great apartment in a safe and interesting neighborhood. It provides easy access to great restaurants and clubs and a shopping mall. The apartment offers everything I needed, including fast internet and even Netflix. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Tendo's apartment for 6 nights and it was exactly what I needed for a business trip. Despite being an older apartment, it was well-maintained and clean, and it is located in a safe and serene neighbourhood. Tendo was a responsive host and was able to address any issues I faced in a timely manner. He has equipped the apartment with extra water storage tank with a booster pump so that when there was a cut in water supply in the area, I wasn't inconvenienced. The inverter was particularly helpful during a power outage in the area as well. Overall I was happy with my stay at Tendo's.

The apartment is clean and located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. The (self) check in process is seamless. Would definitely recommend.

This is the third time I have stayed here as it suits my requirements. It is the fifth time I have stayed in a property managed by him. I always find him friendly and caring, quickly reacting to problems. Some nice improvements recently include a new water dispenser, refills delivered on demand. A recently fitted tap shower unit with good temperature control. See my other reports on this property for comments on location etc.
