Great location with all main tourist attractions in walkable distance. Exactly as described. Ashley is a great host, we felt very welcome.
I stayed at Ashley's place for a couple of nights and it was a great experience. The location is very central, all of the best restaurants / theaters are within a 5-7min walk. The apartment is actually bigger than it looks on the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the bedrooms is located on the inner side of the building, which makes it very silent at night, even though the streets are quite loud. Overall, I definitely recommend it!
