The house is very new. All amenities are brand new. We checked in easily, and felt comfortable right from the start. Location is in a brand new community with many similar upscale homes. The house served our needs very well. I brought my high school golf team, and they all fit easily and were entertained the whole time. The community is a little remote in terms of restaurants, and other establishments. But that suited our needs perfectly. The only negative was the pool situation. Two days prior to checking, I found out that their was a $100 per day fee to heat the pool and jacuzzi. I wasn't worried about the pool so much., but we were really looking forward to using the nice spacious jacuzzi. I shared my disappointment with Yen, she responded immediately, and offered to heat jacuzzi for free. The only problem was that the jacuzzi would only heat to a maximum temperature of 85 degrees. When they figure out the pool situation I would give 100 out of 100.

We had a surprise graduation party for one of our friends and decided to pick Yen's place for this special event! It turned out to be the best experience everyone of us could've ever had. We had a big group of ~ 12 people with parents and young adults but there were amenities that all of us could enjoy together (vary from different board games, ping-pong, poker as indoor activities to swimming pool, pickleball, mini golf course as outdoor activities). The house is super clean and spotless and the instructions are clear as well. We also love the decoration of the house overall. 100% recommended for guests who'd like to spend some good quality time with big family group!

I had a fantastic stay at Yen's stunning Airbnb, and I just have to share the experience. As someone who attends Coachella annually, I can confidently say that this house was beyond perfect for our group of 12. The stylish interior and charming exterior provided a welcoming and secure atmosphere during our 4-day visit. Starting each day with a swim in the pool and a cookout on the grill set the perfect tone. Yen's responsiveness was remarkable—usually replying within a minute to any inquiry—ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and eagerly look forward to returning next year for Coachella. Thank you, Yen, for a memorable stay! 10/10.

Beautiful home with tons of activities to do. My large group had a blast playing with the pool table and pickleball court! Yen responds fast and is very accommodating. Would love to stay here again
