Exclusive designed apartment on the Costa del Sol boasting spacious areas for enjoying a pleasant and comfortable stay. It features two large bedrooms with sea views and two ample bathrooms complementing a unique and special kitchen open to the living-dining room, also with sea views, from where you can access an impressive 400 m2 terrace with a jacuzzi, sunbathing area, and chill-out zone. All the water in the house has a water softening system to remove lime from the water, and in addition, there is a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen to have much purer, cleaner, and healthier water for drinking.

Mycket fin lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt och underbar terrass. Nära stranden och många bra restauranger. Ramón var mycket trevlig att ha kontakt med och svarade snabbt på frågor. Kan varmt rekommenderas. Allt var perfekt!
Urlaub!!!! - Zentral, ruhig und exquisit! Ramon hat uns persönlich empfangen, uns die Wohnung und die Dachterrasse gezeigt und uns alles gut erklärt. Das Apartment hat eine ordentliche Größe, die Ausstattung passt wie beschreiben. Selbst die Strandausstattung ist vorhanden (Strandtasche, -laken und Sonnenschirm plus Erdspieß). Zudem ging Ramon sofort auf besondere Wünsche ein. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, alles ist mit wenigen Schritten schnell erreichbar. Bars, Restaurants, Shopping, Meer, Promenade. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum sonnenbaden, chillen und relaxen ein. Wenn Urlaub - dann so!!!!
Just back from a lovely stay at ramons beautiful penthouse…excellent location and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was there and ramon communicated with us most days to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely return.

Along with leisure spots such as the ACUALAND water park, the Benalmádena CABLE CAR, SEALIFE oceanographic center, SELWO theme park and zoo, and the Torrequebrada CASINO.

There are bus and suburban train services that connect the airport and the city of Malaga in just 20 minutes.
From the apartment, you can walk from various access points to the promenade and to Santa Ana Beach and Torrebermeja - Malapesquera Beach, as well as to Puerto Marina.
