Guests at this resort have access to their heated on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Proximity to the Matanza Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table and chairs. The view from this seventh-floor vantage point is expansive and includes the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstand, and lamp, an armoire with three drawers and a flat-screen TV above. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door into the dressing area where there is a granite-top vanity with a lavatory, mirror, and storage space beneath. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, mirror, a commode, and a tiled combination tub/shower.
