A short 15-min stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants! There's a nice peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed. $50 per trip. Pets may not be left unattended in the unit... or in your vehicle Pets may not be left unattended in the unit or in your vehicle. City leash laws must be obeyed on the property. . Overnight guest parking is complementary on site - 1 vehicle per rented condo. Arrangements can be made for a larger vehicle if you let us know ahead of your arrival. There is free street parking on the north side of 11th. . The Co-Host and Owner are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. . .All rates are double occupancy- additional persons (including children over 2 yrs. of age) if allowed will be charged at the rate of $8.00 per person per night. Failure to disclose the true number of occupants will result in expulsion from the property without a refund. . Smoking/Vaping is NOT allowed inside the Condo or within 10' of any door or window. Designated outdoor smoking areas (both covered and open) are available onsite. Smoking/Vaping or any Illegal drug use in a unit will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to the credit/debit card on file with Airbnb. Candles are not allowed. . Please wash, dry, and put away all kitchenware used. Any dirty dishware, glassware, cookware left at checkout will result in a minimum $50.00 cleaning fee charged to the guest. Adherence to this policy allows us to not charge guests a cleaning fee (or security deposit for that matter)! . Any guest (including their pets) who causes damage to the property (either negligently or intentionally) outside the condo or any furnishings and/or decor/property within the condo, shall be liable and charged for damages, including the owner’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease the units while the damage is being repaired. . Onsite co-host reserves the right to refuse service to any person or persons whom the owner believes may cause (or has caused) any nuisance on the property. Or anyone who presents any potential or real threat to the well-being or property of any guest or co-host. .
