The apartment's design is amazing. Ceilings seem more than 4 meters high, and the living room is really impressive. The house itself is well-located and we loved the area. The only downside was construction work on the backyard: the big windows in our bedroom let all the noise in, so we were awaken by it at 8 am everyday.
This was the perfect apartment for our girly weekend in Edinburgh- the interiors have been done to the highest standards, and the furniture, decorative pieces and colour palettes are stunning. The photos don’t do this place justice, the grandness of the ceilings and gold detailing throughout were a dream! The bathrooms were beautiful and the whole space was spotless. We will absolutely return again. Thank you for having us and being such great and responsive hosts. They were able to offer us early check in and late check out which rounded off our perfect stay 💗
The finest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a super-impressive traditional Scottish Georgian property, renovated to an excellent standard with a keen eye on the aesthetics. The quality of fixtures and fittings is first class. The original features have been sympathetically restored and we must make particular reference to the amazing ceilings which are truly remarkable. The hosts were super responsive and very obliging, both before and during our stay. Excellent quiet location- two minutes to the train, tram and bus stops and a lovely 15 minute walk to Princes Street. Enjoyed a fabulous week and would highly recommend it. Steve and Nic Rush
Beautiful property in great position for trams and tourist buses as well as easy to walk into centre. Tastefully decorated and well thought out. Take time to admire the ceilings!
Alice's place is fantastic - gorgeously restored Georgian home, with all the essential amenities and within walking distance to town centre. Pristinely maintained and presented, with very comfortable furnishings, and the peaceful surrounds make for a very relaxing visit. All in all a lovely home, I would definitely stay here again!

Grosvenor Crescent is so quiet located in the West End, walking distance from a lot of the sights, shops and bars, Tram Stop and easy access to lots of bus routes too. Closest train station is Haymarket and walkable.
Edinburgh is such a compact city and the Old Town, The Grassmarket, Royal Mile and the Castle are all easily reached. Dean village and The Royal Botanic Gardens are a short distance from the property. Parking is permits only directly outside the flat and metered parking further down the street. There is no dedicated parking space for the flat.
So much is walkable in Edinburgh and this property is very central, Ubers and black cabs very quick way of getting around. Buses and Trams, for further afield exploring, all stop very close to the flat.
