Our 6 day stay at the cozy cabin was wonderful! It was so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing being right on the lake only a few feet from the deck. Waking up to the beauty of the lake was bliss. We had fun using the kayaks and paddle board which was there for our use. Our dog Luna had a blast playing and swimming in the lake too. The cabin was very clean as well as the outhouse. It was just as it was described so no surprises. It was stocked with all the items needed, dishes, towels, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, BBQ, cook top burner. Leslie’s husband Bernie greeted us, was very kind and friendly and checked in with us periodically to see if we needed anything. They were both friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin and left feeling relaxed and renewed. We look forward to returning in the future to relax at the lake in this cozy cabin. Thank you Leslie and Bernie!

Meine Frau, unser kleiner Sohn und ich hatten tolle Tage bei Leslie und Ihrem Mann. Die Lage ist atemberaubend und es gibt 2 Kayaks und ein Tretboot zur freien Nutzung. Das Plumpsklo und die spartanische "Küche" ohne fließend Wasser war für unseren Aufenthalt über 3 Tage absolut ausreichend. Wir haben einfach zum Essen den ebenso vorhandenen Gasgrill benutzt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die zwei Nächte die wir in der Hütte verbracht haben waren wunderbar. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, sind den ganzen Tag mit den Kajaks und SUP herumgepaddelt oder haben gebadet. Es war unglaublich entspannt. Die Hütte neben uns war auch vermietet aber da niemand stundenlang auf dem Wasser ist war das teilen der Kajaks und SUP überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben an beiden Abenden gegrillt (Gasgrill ist direkt am Haus). Natürlich lässt es sich an einem See nicht vermeiden von Moskitos heimgesucht zu werden abends, wobei jedoch unser Anti-Moskito Spray sehr geholfen hat. Klar ist auch das ab und an ein kleines Insekt in die Hütte kommt, ist ja schließlich eine Hütte und kein Hotelzimmer. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wenn es sich anbietet dann werden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal vorbei kommen! Und noch kurz zum See: der See war unglaublich klar und man konnte sehr angenehm ins Wasser laufen, welches langsam tiefer wurde.

This cozy little cabin is a gem. As long as you dont mind walking up or down a little hill to the outhouse and to unload/load vehicle. You are sleeling just feet from the water. Water is clear and refreshing.
