Good communication, clean and comfortable room. Nice terrace overlooking the lake. Good value for the money

We had an excellent stay and would definitely come back. It's a very accessible location but not too close to the noisy streets, beautiful terrance, comfortable room. Someone was waiting for us to check in, and we always had all our questions answered and needs met. We accidentally forgot a bag here and the host was very responsive and helpful in the situation. He quickly found and secured the bag and personally dropped it off to be returned by shuttle the next day. He made us feel assured and taken care of and we absolutely appreciated the kindness and generosity he offered. Thanks again for all the help and the great room.
