Kate＆Michael is a very good landlord, give me a home in Oakland, I am happy to spend the Spring Festival holiday. Their houses are sunny, their dogs are quiet and friendly, they are courteous, especially Michael, considerate, meticulous, and very nice. Everything is so beautiful, bless them... My stay with skate and Michael was great. The location is so close to bus stops , shopping and restaurants and grocery store, it was super clean and comfortable! Michael met me at the door and made me feel welcomed right away. Their dog Indy was cute too. The view from their deck was beautiful in the mornings and evenings!

I stayed 3 days here, and I was very happy as the bed was so comfortable!! Kate and Michael were very flexible for the check-in and thank you for this, as I struggled to find a place accepting the hour I arrived. I had tea, water and a boiler in the room and even a fridge, which was perfect to finish food I didn't finish in a restaurant! Also, the place is VERY near of Ponsonby road so, it was perfect to go to the restaurant! And close to CBD too where you can easily go by feet!! Well, all was perfect here and I even was able to use the washing machine and the dryer!

"Mon séjour chez Micheal & Kate à Auckland a été tout simplement incroyable! L'emplacement était parfait, à proximité de toutes les attractions principales de la ville.
