At first they message to have an additional payment, instead of 10k it must be 15k but we did not agree as it was not said initially. They say airbnb give them only 7k and they don't know it😅 Then, when we first enter the villa, they did not inform that aircooler have a charge, and other things we need to know. They just said 'iwan na po namen kayo' and let me sign the contract indicating all inclusion and not indicated in the contract that air cooler and other things have a charge. We don't know either. The place is nice, however they have only 2 ceiling fan and 1 electricfan and inside the villa is so hot that we cannot sleep properly. We just saw the aircooler the next day in the morning in their stockroom. Hope to improve the way they talk to their guest and the way they will remind their guest of their house rules so that their guest is well informed.
